1. Who you are dealing with

Guava AI Ltd operates this website and the Guava AI account system described below. Guava AI Ltd is a private company limited by shares, registered in Nigeria under company number RC 9819807, incorporated September 2026 under the Companies and Allied Matters Act 2020, with its registered/business address at Diank Terraces, Sule Olusesi Street, Lekki Conservation Road, Lekki, Lagos, Nigeria.

You can contact us at hello@guava-group.com. In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Guava AI Ltd, and "you" and "your" mean the person using this website or a Guava AI account.

2. The Guava AI account, and the products it covers

Guava AI Ltd builds and operates software products, currently including Train Yourself, with further products planned. Where a product allows you to create an account, that account may be shared across current and future Guava AI products, so that signing in once gives you access to every Guava AI product you are entitled to use.

Each individual product has its own Terms of Service governing what that product does, its own pricing, and its own refund terms. This section governs only the account itself, and applies across every product that uses a Guava AI account. Where a future product's requirements conflict with this section, that product's own Terms will say so expressly, and will govern for that product.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create a Guava AI account. If you are under 18, you should only use a Guava AI account or any Guava AI product with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian where required by applicable law.

Account security

You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it reasonably up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account. Do not share your account or allow another person to use it. If you believe someone has obtained unauthorised access to your account, contact us promptly at hello@guava-group.com.

Closing your account

You may request deletion of your Guava AI account and associated personal data at any time, subject to information we are legally required to retain — for example, financial records required under Nigerian company and tax law, or payment records required by our payment processor or applicable financial regulation. Where you hold subscriptions to more than one product, closing your account closes access to all of them; product-specific data is deleted according to that product's own Privacy Policy.

3. Products, pricing and payment

Each Guava AI product states its own pricing, billing period and features on its own website or in-product pages before you subscribe. Where a product is offered on a subscription basis, the price and billing period will be displayed before you complete your purchase, and subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled, unless the product states otherwise.

Payments across Guava AI products are processed by third-party payment processors, which may differ by product and may change over time — currently including Flutterwave. We do not receive or store your full card details; our payment processor handles payment credentials directly under its own security standards.

If a payment fails, we may restrict or suspend access to the paid features of the relevant product until payment is completed. We may change prices from time to time; a price change will not affect a billing period you have already paid for, and where required by law, we will notify you before a price change affects a renewal.

Refunds and statutory consumer rights

Each product's own Refund Policy forms part of these Terms for that product. Nothing in these Terms or any Refund Policy excludes or limits a consumer right, refund right, cancellation right, statutory remedy, or other protection that cannot lawfully be excluded under the law applicable to you. Where mandatory consumer protection law in your country gives you more favourable rights, those rights continue to apply.

4. Acceptable use

Across the Guava AI account and every product, you must not:

• copy, reproduce, republish, sell, rent, sublicense or redistribute Guava AI product content except where expressly permitted;
• scrape, systematically download or extract content in bulk;
• use our materials or products to build, train or operate a competing commercial product, model or service;
• share your account with another person;
• impersonate another person or create an account using false information;
• attempt to obtain unauthorised access to our systems or another user's account;
• interfere with or disrupt the operation of any Guava AI product;
• circumvent technical measures intended to protect a product or its content; or
• use any Guava AI product for an unlawful purpose or in a way that infringes another person's rights.

5. Website and product disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, this website and each Guava AI product are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that any product will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every user's needs, or that using a product will produce a particular result. Nothing in these Terms excludes a legal warranty, guarantee, remedy or other consumer protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Guava AI Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, your Guava AI account, or any Guava AI product.

Where liability may lawfully be limited, our total liability arising from your use of a particular product will not exceed the amount you paid us for that product during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for fraud, or, where applicable, death or personal injury caused by negligence. Where the law applicable to you does not permit some or all of these limitations, they apply only to the maximum extent that law permits.

7. Professional services

Where Guava AI Ltd provides applied AI, software engineering, IT consulting or IT procurement services to a client, those engagements are governed by a signed proposal, statement of work, or written engagement letter, in addition to these Terms.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, except to the extent that mandatory provisions of the law applicable to you provide otherwise. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights or jurisdictional protections that apply to you, the courts of Nigeria have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, this website, your Guava AI account, or your use of any Guava AI product.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time, including to reflect new Guava AI products. If we make a material change that significantly affects your rights or obligations, we will take reasonable steps to notify you, including by email where appropriate. Updated Terms apply from the effective date stated in them.
